This technique can enhance dignity and wear resistance of ferrous metals and reduce frictional coefficient.
Fatigue test: it can increase fatigue resistance of carbon steel by over 40% that is supreme than that of ionitriding and gas nitriding. This technique is especially adaptable to complicated-shape parts.

  2、Corrosion resistance
Under the same test conditions, several samples in different materials and processing techniques were tested in continuous spray test in accordance with ASTMBll7 standard under conditions of 35±2℃ temperature, above 95%relative humidity , 5%NaCL aqueous solution. The test indicated that corrosion resistance of parts processed by QPQ technology is 5 times higher than that of 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel, 70 times higher than that of Chrome hardening and 280 times higher than that of chrome plating.
It can replace multiple heat treatment procedures and corrosion resistance processes.
   It need not follow procedures from quenching and tempering to chrome plating, etc. with only one procedure, which shorten production period and reduce production cost.  It can save 50% energy than carburization quenching and 30% cost than chrome hardening.
